Global Litigation Consultants is actively seeking a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist. The purpose of the Medical Records Retrieval Specialist is to establish and maintain open communications with medical providers to acquire requested medical records or other necessary documents we need to obtain. Additionally, you will need to maintain a consistent organization of Salesforce CRM and MyCase to ensure accuracy of what documents need to be followed up on and have been received.


  • Call and establish the lines of communication with medical providers based on order priority of requests
  • Make regular and follow-up phone calls and/or other means of contact with each medical provider to complete each order timely
  • Enter daily updates into Salesforce CRM to document all conversations with medical providers, all progress of requests, and all tracking of requests.
  • Maintain an organized rotation of all requests in possession to ensure orders are called according to priority (generally in order of date requested by client)
  • Report daily productivity numbers to immediate supervisor through accurate and consistent maintenance of the Salesforce Record Retrieval process


  • 2+ years of experience in professional business environment
  • Microsoft Word and Outlook proficient
  • Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, solid decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Respectful team player
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in your daily job tasks as needed to help support the company.

Job Type: Full-time, in office.
