Global Litigation Consultants (GLC), an industry-leading Alternative Legal Services Provider. is looking to add a detail oriented, highly motived, Trust Coordinator to our growing team located in Clearwater, Florida.

GLC provides clients with exceptional customer service when administering their trusts. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and will be responsible for communicating with clients and answering questions regarding distribution requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take phone calls to assist clients with distribution requests and questions regarding their trusts, providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Review client accounts and provide updates regarding distribution requests
  • Ensure confidentiality of clients’ personal information
  • Gather and compile pertinent client information regarding their current living situation, disability, support, financial information, and needs
  • Ability to identify, manage, and report client emergency calls
  • Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied clients offering patience, assistance, and support

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Dynamic personality with high energy – Customer service background preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide detailed phone notes through case management software
  • Comfortable working with highly confidential information (trade secrets, proprietary information, and personal and Company financial information)
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and Salesforce
  • Perform other duties as needed
